You can find it and several existing mods that are compatible with it at. Through a simple graphical user interface that allows you to enable and disable support for mod packages found around the internet, this is at least worth a look. All while never touching any of Sonic Adventure 2's base files. The work of MainMemory and other Sonic Game Modding Community members, this is an ideal platform to easily patch, modify, replace, and further the gameplay experience.
